ATTENTION! Before you submit a Service Request you’ll need to check out the following Things You Can Try which may help you resolve your issue. Secondly, read how you can Make Service Go Quicker. If you have read both these pages and are ready to initiate a Service Request, please do so using the form below. We will need an administrator password for your computer, preferably on the account you use most often. Many software fixes, updates, and tests require us to have this password. Service will be delayed if we need to contact you to get your password, discs, proof of purchase, etc. If you cannot find your serial number, it will be on your proof of purchase. We require proof of purchase with serial number for all warranty repairs. Thank you!

PLEASE NOTE: By submitting this form, and engaging in service with Digerati Computing, you agree to all terms of service, and that certain diagnostic information may be shared with Apple.
DATA LOSS ALERT: Be advised that the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the integrity of the software, nor will Digerati Computing assume responsibility for the loss of any software programs or data. Digerati Computing shall make every effort to maintain the integrity of data stored on equipment we service, however it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain a viable backup prior to service. Data transfer, recovery attempts, restoration of backups, or software-installation – if requested – will be charged at our current service rates.
All other products carry their respective manufacturer’s warranty.
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand what the manufacturer’s obligation is in fulfilling their warranty agreement. By confirming below, the customer understands all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that they have authorized the initial HALF HOUR minimum charge, per unit, for ALL work performed that does not fall under the manufacturer’s warranty policy (includes Liquid Spills, No Fault Found or Software Issues).
